📛 Name history
- 1997: founded as Çorum Belediyespor.
- 2018: renamed Yeni Çorumspor.

The red-black colours were adopted later, not at founding; this identity comes from the city's long-standing club, Çorumspor.
🏟️ Stadium
Çorum FK plays at the Çorum City Stadium, opened in 2020. The 15,000-capacity stadium stands at the southern exit of the city beside the Samsun–Ankara highway.
